Healthy Kingsport's take on a senior prom. A Senior Social event that will bring the nostalgia to adults 50 and up. 

This FREE event is designed to build community and serve as a venue for educating and activating individuals and organizations to improve their overall wellbeing.

Presentations focused on health and wellness, where we explore practical tips for improving well-being—all while enjoying a delicious lunch! 

Field Day, Fun Day” is where children can have access to activities that promote physical activity, engagement, positive childhood experiences and general health and wellness resources.

We focus on creating better access and convenience to clean water.

Healthy Kingsport and their senior ambassadors spread Christmas cheer throughout our community by being Santa for a Senior. Donations will be used to purchase needed hygiene items this winter season and hand delivered to seniors locally the first week of December.

A tobacco-free environment helps create a safe and healthy campus. Smoking and secondhand smoke are known to cause serious lung diseases, heart disease and cancer.
